2. About Qualavo
Qualavo provides downloadable and editable resources designed to support website quality assurance, testing, issue management, release preparation and client handover workflows.
Qualavo is not a software-as-a-service platform, automated testing service or website QA agency.
Products may include checklists, spreadsheets, templates, documentation, workflows, reporting resources and other digital materials. The exact contents of each product are described on the relevant product page.
3. Products
Qualavo currently offers digital products including:
QA Lite – introductory website QA resources.
QA Starter – structured QA resources intended primarily for freelancers and smaller website projects.
QA Professional – a more comprehensive website QA and release system for individual web professionals.
QA Agency – a system intended for agencies and teams managing multiple projects or clients, including additional agency-oriented workflows and usage rights as described on the product page.
Product contents, features and pricing may change from time to time. Any purchase is governed by the product description and Terms applicable at the time the order is placed.
4. Digital Products Only
All Qualavo products are digital products.
No physical product will be shipped.
Paid products are normally supplied electronically after successful payment by providing access to downloadable files.
Customers are responsible for having a device, internet connection and compatible software capable of downloading, extracting and opening the file formats included in the purchased product.
Exact file formats and technical requirements may vary between products.
5. Ordering and Contract Formation
Products may be ordered through qualavo.com.
Before submitting an order, customers have the opportunity to review and correct the information entered during checkout.
By clicking the final order or payment button, the customer submits a binding order for the selected product.
A contract is formed when payment has been successfully authorised and Qualavo confirms the order electronically.
An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
The language of the contract is English.
Orders and related transaction records are stored electronically to the extent required for operational, accounting, tax and legal purposes.
6. Prices, Taxes and Payment
Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Applicable VAT, sales tax or other taxes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and, where required, reflected during the purchasing process.
The final amount payable is displayed before the customer submits the order.
Payment may be processed through WooPayments and/or its payment service providers.
Qualavo does not directly store complete payment card details.
If a payment fails, is declined or cannot be authorised, access to the paid digital product may not be provided.
7. Delivery and Download Access
Digital products are made available electronically after successful payment unless otherwise stated.
Download access may be provided:
through the order confirmation page;
through an email containing download access; or
through another electronic method specified during checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring that emails from Qualavo can be received.
If a purchased file cannot be downloaded because of a technical problem with Qualavo’s delivery system, the customer should contact:
We will take reasonable steps to restore access or provide a replacement download.
Where mandatory consumer law applies, digital content must be supplied without undue delay unless otherwise agreed, and statutory remedies remain available if the digital content is not supplied or is not in conformity with the contract.
8. Licence and Permitted Use
Purchasing or downloading a Qualavo product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property contained in that product.
Unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant product page, Qualavo grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use and edit the purchased resources for the customer’s own permitted professional, business or internal use.
The resources may be adapted and used as part of website QA, testing, release and client-delivery workflows.
Client-facing reports or outputs created using Qualavo resources may be delivered to clients where this forms part of the normal permitted use of the applicable product.
The QA Agency plan may include broader multi-client, team and white-label usage rights where expressly described on the applicable product page.
Usage rights may differ between plans. The product description applicable at the time of purchase forms part of these Terms.
9. Prohibited Use
Unless Qualavo has given prior written permission, customers may not:
- resell or redistribute the original Qualavo files, templates or resources as standalone products;
- sublicense the resources to third parties;
- upload the original resources to public repositories, shared download websites or similar services;
- share purchased source files with persons or organisations outside the permitted licence;
- reproduce or package Qualavo resources primarily for resale or redistribution;
- remove Qualavo intellectual-property notices where removal is not expressly permitted;
- claim ownership or authorship of the original Qualavo materials.
Creating client deliverables using the resources does not constitute prohibited redistribution where such use is permitted by the customer’s plan.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Qualavo owns or licenses all intellectual property rights in its products, documentation, website content, templates, workflows, graphics, branding and associated materials.
The Qualavo name, branding and original product materials may not be copied or used in a manner that suggests endorsement, partnership or ownership without permission.
Any licence granted under these Terms relates only to the permitted use of the purchased product and does not transfer copyright or other intellectual-property ownership.
11. Consumer Right of Withdrawal and Digital Content
Consumers who enter into a distance contract may have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, subject to applicable law.
For digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal may be lost once performance begins where the consumer:
provides prior express consent for supply of the digital content to begin before the end of the withdrawal period;
acknowledges that beginning performance will result in the loss of the right of withdrawal; and
receives the confirmation required by applicable law.
If these legal requirements have not been satisfied, any mandatory statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any mandatory consumer rights relating to defective, inaccessible or non-conforming digital content.
12. Refunds
Refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy available on qualavo.com and by any mandatory rights applicable to the customer.
Where a consumer has validly requested immediate delivery of digital content and has validly acknowledged the loss of the statutory withdrawal right, a change of mind after digital delivery does not automatically create a right to a refund.
This does not affect rights relating to, for example:
a duplicate or incorrect charge;
failure to provide access to a purchased product;
a materially defective or non-conforming digital product; or
any other refund, price reduction, termination or remedy required by applicable law.
Where these Terms, the Refund Policy and mandatory law conflict, mandatory law takes precedence.
13. Product Purpose and No Guarantee of Error-Free Websites
Qualavo resources are designed to help customers organise and improve website QA and release workflows.
They do not guarantee that a website, application or digital project will be completely free from bugs, errors, security vulnerabilities, accessibility problems, legal issues or other defects.
The customer remains responsible for determining which testing activities are appropriate for each project and for reviewing the results of their own QA process.
Qualavo resources do not constitute legal, tax, cybersecurity, accessibility-certification or other regulated professional advice.
14. Availability, Updates and Changes
Qualavo may improve, revise or replace its products from time to time.
A purchase provides the version and usage rights described at the time of purchase, together with any additional update entitlement expressly stated on the relevant product page.
No entitlement to future versions, additional products, support services or updates should be assumed unless expressly included in the product description.
Qualavo may discontinue a product for future sales without affecting rights already acquired by existing customers under applicable law.
15. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
For customers acting for business or professional purposes, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qualavo will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill or anticipated savings resulting from the use or inability to use Qualavo resources.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qualavo’s aggregate contractual liability to a business customer arising from a particular purchased product will not exceed the amount actually paid by that customer for that product.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
16. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
ensuring that the product is suitable for their intended workflow before purchase;
providing accurate checkout and contact information;
maintaining reasonable security over downloaded materials;
using the resources in accordance with the applicable licence; and
complying with laws and contractual obligations applicable to their own projects, business and clients.
17. Privacy
Personal information is processed in accordance with the Qualavo Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how personal data may be collected, used, stored and shared in connection with website visits, orders, payments, downloads, support and marketing communications.
18. Complaints and Support
Questions, technical support requests and complaints may be submitted to:
Consumer complaints should include enough information to identify the order and understand the issue.
Where Hungarian consumer-protection rules apply, written consumer complaints will be substantively answered in writing within 30 days of receipt, unless a different mandatory deadline applies.
If a consumer complaint cannot be resolved directly, eligible consumers may use the competent Hungarian conciliation body (békéltető testület) or pursue other remedies available under applicable law.

19. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and contracts concluded through qualavo.com are governed by the laws of Hungary, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to the customer.
For consumers, this choice of law does not deprive the consumer of mandatory protections available under the law that would otherwise apply to them.
The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes directly and in good faith.
Nothing in these Terms restricts a consumer’s right to use a competent court, consumer authority, conciliation body or other dispute-resolution mechanism available under applicable law.
For business customers, disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Hungary to the extent permitted by law.
20. Changes to These Terms
Qualavo may update these Terms where reasonably necessary, for example because of changes to products, business practices or applicable law.
The Terms applicable to an individual purchase are generally those in effect when that purchase is made, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
The latest version will be published on qualavo.com together with the date of the most recent update.
21. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Any invalid provision will be interpreted or replaced only to the minimum extent necessary to make it lawful and enforceable.
